4. Storage and Service Providers

Website content and quote requests are hosted through OpenAI Sites. Quote requests are stored in the site's protected database and are available only to authorized CSIQ Holdings personnel signed in through ChatGPT.

CSIQ Holdings uses Google Workspace for business email. If you email us, or if we respond to a quote request by email, that correspondence is processed and retained in Google Workspace. We do not use a separate form-delivery, analytics, advertising, or AI-model vendor on this website.

5. Data Retention

Quote requests are typically retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active business relationship, legal obligation, dispute, or security investigation. Lease-related records may be retained longer as required by law and normal business practices.
