3. Eligibility

To lease equipment from CSIQ Holdings, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Hold a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or operate a licensed carrier
• Maintain a valid USDOT number where required
• Meet our credit and insurance requirements as determined at time of application
• Be legally authorized to operate a commercial motor vehicle in the United States

4. Lease Agreements

All equipment leasing arrangements are governed by a separate, written Lease Agreement signed by both parties. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed Lease Agreement, the terms of the Lease Agreement shall control. Quote requests submitted through this website do not constitute a binding lease offer or agreement.

5. Equipment Condition & Maintenance

All equipment leased from CSIQ Holdings is provided in good working condition and inspected prior to delivery. Except where a maintenance-inclusive program is expressly provided for in the signed Lease Agreement, lessees are responsible for routine maintenance, fuel, tolls, and any fines or violations incurred during the lease term. Where such a program applies, the scope of covered maintenance is defined in that Lease Agreement, which controls. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear is the responsibility of the lessee as outlined in the individual Lease Agreement.

6. Insurance Requirements

Lessees must maintain adequate commercial auto liability insurance throughout the lease term, with CSIQ Holdings named as an additional insured. Minimum coverage amounts are specified in the individual Lease Agreement. Failure to maintain required insurance is grounds for immediate termination of the lease.

7. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this site to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to this website at our sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property
